eBooks and eBook readers

New Mexico Tech Library provides access to an extensive library of ebooks across a wide range of academic fields. Ebooks are included by default in the Library's catalog search. You can also search the individual ebook databases below.

Each of these databases provides library patrons the ability to view full texts online or download them for offline viewing in PDF format. Sometimes other formats, such as ePUB, are also available. Each of these databases offer the creation of a user account for their site. This is not required to view ebooks online, but is usually required to download. User accounts also allow you to save ebooks on a "bookshelf" for later viewing.
